Sharon Giraudel, BBM, MCE, CHRL, CSM®

Sharon Giraudel has over 25 years of progressive experience within the financial services, consumer packaged goods and mining industries with global operations. She has a proven track record in driving culture through communication, engagement, systems and performance. Throughout her career, she has been recognized by peers, leaders, and employees as a trusted advisor. 

Sharon has a Bachelor of Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master's Degree of Continuing Education with a specialization in Leadership and Development from the University of Calgary. She also holds a Certified Human Resources Leader and Certified Scrum Master designation. 

Prior to starting Minerva Human Resources Consulting, Sharon worked for publicly traded companies such as New Gold Inc., Vale Canada Ltd., Kraft Canada Ltd., and TD Bank.
